Our classes/courses have 2 categories:
Community classes are for our service users who are in need of a specialised class because of their historical experiences. These classes are normally referral only, unless otherwise stated.
Dāna classes are open to the public. All profit raised from these classes are directed back into our Community Classes (see point 1).
More information can be found on our Services page.

We combine a thoughtful, survivor-centred and trauma-informed approach to our classes. This means that we work as best as we can to facilitate spaces that hold the unique experiences of a particular group to mind. For example, a group for women impacted by domestic abuse will have different needs to a veterans group.
-
Yes! Beginners can join any of our classes, unless otherwise stated.

We try to use spaces that provide access for all disabilities, but sometimes this is not always possible. Please get in touch so we can discuss any particular needs. Needless to say, we also welcome anyone with invisible disabilities.
