Created in 2017, in collaboration with some of our first service-users at Movement for Healing, these Bamboo Yoga Assist Tokens are made from sustainable bamboo here in the U.K. All profit from the tokens are directed back into our Community Outreach Classes.
The vibrant orange Yes Please side signals an enthusiastic yes to physical assists. The No Thanks side signals a cool and quiet retreat from physical support, a sign to go inwards.

Suggested use:
When we prepare our classes, we place the tokens on the mat with the No Thanks side facing up. Participants can then make the choice to consent to physical adjustments by actively turning the Yes Please side up. We make it very clear that the token can be flipped to the No Thanks side anytime during the class.
