Autumn/Winter Women’s Circle


This Women’s Circle is by referral or self-referral only.

This class is suitable beginners, however, participants are generally need to be able to get up and down from the floor without support.

The class is in the Islington region, however, the location will be confirmed during the assessment period once a referral is made.

What to expect from the class:

This class will include guided gentle yoga postures, movement exploration, meditation and creative time for noting your practice experience.

Need to know information:

  • This is a ‘closed group’, meaning that the same participants join throughout the course. No drop-ins.

  • All equipment will be provided.

  • Please wear what feels comfortable to move in. You do not have to wear tightly fitted items of clothing unless you wish to.

  • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the class.

  • Please do not come to class if you have a fever, cough, or feel unwell to protect the group participants.
