This 11-week Women’s Spring Circle is a group course designed to support participants through yoga practices such as asana (postures), pranayama (breathing excercises), yoga nidra meditation and creative art.
Yoga practices offer multidimensional tools to support the physical body and mental health, whilst art-making encourages participants to explore the creative self. In combination, these practices create a rich tapestry of support towards wellbeing.
How many people are in the group?
We only accept a maximum of 6 participants in this in-person group. The group is a closed group, which means the same participants will attend each week for group cohesion.
Who is this group suitable for?
This group is suitable for anyone with an interest in using yoga-based tools to help support physical and mental wellbeing. It is also suitable for people on a waiting list for support services. No prior experience of yoga is required.
How much does the course cost?
The course is free for participants.
