This 6-week course will guide participants through body-centred practices that focus on different ways to access self-nurturing, self-compassion, relaxation and resilience. This is a specialised trauma-informed yoga course that aims to respect the lived experience of all our participants.
There will only be a maximum of 8 participants.This group is a closed group, which means the same participants will attend each week.
This is an in-person course. The location will be shared on sign-up and acceptance on the group pending referral and assessment.
